Hidden in Plain Sight (HIPS) and REVIVE!

Join us for a dual presentation of Hidden in Plain Sight (HIPS) and REVIVE! HIPS is a free community awareness program designed to educate parents and guardians on the signs of risky teen behavior such as drug use and underage drinking, and includes information on current statistics, trends, and resources available. REVIVE! is the Opioid Overdose and Naloxone Education (OONE) program for the Commonwealth of Virginia. This “lay rescuer training” provides training on how to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose emergency using naloxone.
This free training is open to all but space is limited to 35 adults. HIPS is an age restricted event. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted. Participants will receive a dose of naloxone upon completion of the REVIVE! training. Click here to register: https://forms.gle/MnFmQeDHbNxGkd4fA
