Let’s learn the history and how to make delicious scones! Not quite a cake, but not really a biscuit or pastry, either. Scones have a unique texture that’s entirely their own. Traditionally made with flour, butter, sugar and milk – we’ll show you a kitchen-tested, authentic recipe you can prepare time after time!
The two flavors to choose from, are blueberry and orange-cranberry.
This class is full of tips, hacks, methods and hands-on baking. Enjoy warm tea and condiments for your freshly baked efforts, before you leave class. Bring containers to take home your prepared scones. Recipe makes 8 large or 16 small scones.
All ingredients and some supplies/tools included; you bring your own baking sheets (2), cheese grater. We provide the rest. AND, this class includes a set of 3 stainless, round cutters to take home with you!
