Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday
Major holidays closed (Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, Memorial Weekend) and expected to work other holidays.

-Maintain clean, sanitary stations.
-Prep food items by slicing and dicing vegetables, weighing/portioning servings, baking, etc.
– Operates standard cooking equipment, such as ranges, mixers, food choppers and refrigerators
– Follows established recipes, plate presentations, portions, and temperatures (hot food hot & cold food cold)
– Be able to stock the line and anticipate food needs based on daily demands.
-Must be a team player willing to assist fellow staff and communicate with FOH as needed.
– Clean equipment, sweep and mop at end of shift

This position requires you to stand, bend, lift, and move on a regular or frequent basis during working hours. Applicant must be able to be “on their feet” for most of their shift. Must be able to lift, push, pull and move product, equipment, supplies, etc., in excess of twenty-five (25) pounds. Shifts of 6+ hours at a time are typical.
