The Culpeper Downtown Farmers Market is excited to announce the return of the Winter Market the first three Saturdays in December, showcasing your favorite local farmers, growers, bakers and artisan vendors! Located at the East Davis Street parking lot, close to the Depot and near the best downtown restaurants and retail shops, find the Winter Market operating Saturday, December 6th, 13th and 20th, from 9am to 12pm.

Shop over 20 full and part time vendors you know and love from the regular Market season; including, Bloom & Berry,    C & T Produce, Cedar Hill Woodworking, Double L Farm & Apiary, Fair Winds Farms, Great Harvest Bread Co., Green Barn Bakery, Hock Newberry Farm, Homestyle Sweets, Loving Paws Big & Small, Mediterranean Family Kitchen, MM Coffee Farm, Moving Meadows Farm, Pietra Metalli & Hoot Owl Hollar Farm, Sunshine Acres Farm, Too Hot to Candle, Trading Post Kettle Corn, Whispering Willow Farm,  Azalea Field Flowers, Cider Lab, Cookie Corner by Randi, Mandi’s Dandies, Mars Makes Pottery, Off Main Art, Persimmons Hollow Farm, Robert’s Hot Sauce, Son of a Bear Ciders, Sweet Dove Crochet & Co., Uncle Andy’s and Wild Yeast Baking Company.

The Culpeper Downtown Winter Farmers Market offers an opportunity to experience a holiday themed, open-air market encouraging you to shop small and support local, while stocking up on pantry staples and even checking a few holiday gifts off your list!  Plus, be entertained by live music from local artists Becky Miller, Paul Rogers, and Aubrey Driggers while you shop, on respective Saturdays.

SNAP matching will continue at the Culpeper Downtown Winter Farmers Market, increasing from $30 to $35 (while funds are available).  Meaning, we swipe your EBT card for $35 and you receive $70 in tokens to spend at the Market on food items or food producing plants.  For those children that may still have Farm Fresh Dollars, be sure to spend them at the Winter Market as they expire at the end of the year!
