Dinosaurs!
Culpeper is home to the largest collection of dinosaur tracks ever discovered in North America. Come explore more about the dinosaurs who left those tracks, gather materials for a dino dig, and then try your hand at excavating dinosaurs.
“Elementary Explorers” is an interactive series of children’s programming that brings fun facts and activities out of the past!
The series, targeted at ages 5-9, will be held monthly. Each month will feature a different activity and craft inspired by local history.
A parent or guardian must accompany their child.
This program is FREE thanks to a Power of Change grant from the Rappahannock Electric Cooperative.
THIS EVENT IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO 15 CHILDREN. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!
