Natasha will provide Happy Heart Tea, teach us about heart-supportive herbs and nourishing foods.
After a short break, we will practice a heart opening, grounding, gentle yoga flow designed to encourage circulation and breath, followed by Yoga Nidra with Rebecca.
The practice is accessible and suitable for all levels.
