📝 Event Details:
– Format: Two-Headed Giant Draft with Constructed Rules 🃏
– Entry Fee: $40 Per person 💰
– Deck Building:
– Teams will draft 4 Booster Packs to build their decks.
– Each team builds 60-card decks. 🛠️
– Only 4 copies of any non-basic land card can be shared between teammates. ⚠️
– Prize Pool: $10 From Every Entry Goes Into the Prize Pool. 🏆
🧩 How Two-Headed Giant Works:
– Team Play:
– Teams share a starting life total of 30. ❤️
– Turns are taken simultaneously. ⏳
– Resources:
– Life is shared, but all other resources are separate.
– References to “you” on a card only apply to the player who controls it. 🔄
– Effects that refer to “each opponent” or “each player” apply to both teammates individually.
– Combat:
– Players can block creatures attacking themselves, their teammate, or any Planeswalkers the team controls. ⚔️
– Special Rule: The team that goes first skips their first draw step. 🛑
