With the combined guided meditation practices through yoga, sound bowl healing and 101 creative expression art of: ‘A Flowing Tree’s Floetry’, you will embody the element of free flow nature.
This retreat will form a bond of strength between
yoga, sound bowl healing and creative expression art. Together we will (reach) deep within ourselves through the work of yoga lead by Sandra Roshonda Thomas as we (reset) and (release) with the addition of sound bowel healing with Dixie Aken and the positive reinforcement from 101 Creative Expressions with Ms. Ky. Speaks.
