Come enjoy a heated class mixed with a variety of vinyasa flows and inversions. This class is for the beginner and the advanced practitioners. The class will include hands on assists if the student wants the assistance.
A little bit about the instructor.
Roshonda Thomas is the owner of Culpeper YSS. She has been teaching different fitness formats for over 19 years. She is an experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance (YA), which acknowledges completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS) and she holds a YACEP with YA as a continuing education provider where she hosts workshops, trainings and writes curriculum. She has over 1600 hours of teaching experience documented on top of her 500 hours of training through YA. Her ashtanga yoga training of the past four years is beyond those hours as she has mentored other ashtangi’s and taught workshops, hosted workshops and facilitated mysore classes.
