Join us for a deeply introspective Yin Yoga practice designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and cultivate a profound sense of inner stillness. This practice incorporates long-held, passive floor postures that invite you to slow down, connect with your breath, and gently explore your personal edge. Through the quiet power of mindful stillness—settling into a shape, resolving to remain, and allowing time to open the body—you’ll experience the core principles (tattvas) of Yin Yoga.
Yin targets the connective tissues—fascia, ligaments, tendons, and even the bones—supporting increased mobility, improved joint health, and a deeper journey inward. This meditative practice also works with the body’s energetic pathways (meridians), helping to clear blockages and enhance the flow of Qi throughout the body. Each shape is supported by the breath and held for 3–5 minutes, allowing space for release, insight, and renewal.
