This weekly class has a monthly themed series inspired by a selected book. Reading is never required. Each class is designed to stand fully on its own while also contributing to a cohesive experience throughout the month.
The first three weeks, classes focus on the monthly theme through intention, breath, and movement, offering a complete and accessible yoga practice for both pre-paid and drop-in students.
The fourth week of the month provides a deeper integration of the theme with a shorter yoga flow, a brief optional reflection or discussion, and an extended savasana for rest and integration. Participation in the discussion is always optional, and students are welcome to engage at their own comfort level. No reading required. All levels welcome. $20 OR $60 Pre-Pay 1st of Month.
