The Four Seasons!
The weather is warming up, and the flowers are blooming; spring is almost here. Join us in May as we learn about the four seasons – Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall. Participants will discover how the weather changes for each season and the different types of activities done in each season. They will make a seasonal craft to take home.
“Little Learners” is the museum’s interactive series of children’s programming that brings fun facts, objects, and activities out of the past!
The series is held monthly for children 2-5 years old. Each month will feature a different craft inspired by local history. Past programs have included drawing maps, construction paper traffic lights, and tissue paper basketballs!
A parent or guardian must accompany their child.
This program is FREE thanks to a Power of Change grant from the Rappahannock Electric Cooperative.
THIS EVENT IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO 15 CHILDREN. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
Participants may be photographed for use in museum promotional and marketing material.
