We are seeking a mature, organized, and enthusiastic self-starter to join our team as a Sales Associate at our Culpeper location.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers create memorable culinary experiences. Retail experience and familiarity with our products, including personal experience using olive oils, vinegars, and gourmet foods, are preferred but not required.
This position may require weekend availability and 20+ hours per week.
Responsibilities include: • Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service • Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations • Facilitating purchases and accurately processing transactions • Answering questions about our products and sharing product knowledge • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment • Ensuring products are properly stocked, displayed, and accurately labeled • Supporting inventory management and daily store operations
