This nurturing class is designed to help you move, breathe, and relax. We will move at an unhurried pace, focusing on gentle movements, stretching, and breath awareness to improve flexibility and calm the mind. The class incorporates foundational yoga postures and some gentle strengthening. Poses will be accessible and supportive. The practice concludes with a guided relaxation to help you release tension and leave you feeling refreshed and restored.
